My little guy wanted a super hero cake and cupcakes for his birthday. I decided to try and use fondant for the first time. My husband hates the taste of fondant, so I decided to learn how to make marshmallow fondant. It's actually pretty tasty! It was a devil to work with though.  Next time I will make it firmer. As for the cupcakes, I cheated and bought one of those piping tools that holds three bags at a time. It's amazing and I love it.
